This project revitalised a dilapidated 1950s weatherboard house into a charming contemporary home. It featured structural edits internally that allowed for major changes to the floor plan, two exceptionally detailed bathrooms featuring Venetian micro-cement rendered surfaces, a new kitchen with an island bench, a new driveway, and a comprehensive facelift to all internal and external surfaces.

They completed a large 12-week job for us that involved many components including demolition, brickwork, guttering, custom joinery and fitout of a new bathroom. The team was always clear in their communications with us and completed the work with a high degree of quality.

There was one setback along the way that was not at all their fault, but they were very professional in making adjustments for us and getting on with the work. We were very impressed with how they handled our questions and requests along the way as well.

We couldn't recommend the team at AGATHE highly enough - we have a small cottage in Narrabeen and were lucky enough to stumble across Ryan, Mitch and their team for our reno. The team got in the weeks before Christmas (manic time of year) and we were blown away by how efficiently and professionally they worked, and had comments from our neighbours on the same thing. They completed the job to program even though various unexpected issues arose in our house along the way, making the scope larger.

AGATHE have completely transformed our house and were so easy to deal with the whole time, even when the different challenges arose.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys did a terrific job for us, we kept having water/moisture damage (we literally got mushrooms growing on our stairs- not mentioning PUDDLES when it rained!).

We thought we just needed the stairs replaced and some water protection. They were good at communicating with us, clearly, where the water was coming from and gave us options on how to address it fully to address our needs of "never have water issues again!".

They also highlighted where our house had some structural issues - you know it's bad when as a non expert you can SEE something isn't as stable as it should be; specifically the main support beam under the house being balanced on a flimsy looking stick... Literally our entire house could have come down). I appreciate that might sound dramatic, but we have an OLD house. With the stairs being removed this gave the opportunity for easy access- we got them to fix it too and they were able to accomodate us.

These guys really delivered, yes, we did do slightly more work then expected, but you could FEEL the difference as soon as they were done. For a house that was NEVER dry before - The house is DRY! Hallelujah!

The work and the finishes are BEAUTIFUL, they showed us design options as well so we were able to choose what we felt would lift the house quality - and it has been lifted- significantly. Not to mention- safer and sturdier.

They were also wonderful to work with, their team is really nice, friendly and hard working. Tom and Mitch are stand up guys. We will 100% have them back to work on other things for us in the future!
